As a massage therapist, Amber will work as part of the recovery team to keep your body physically prepared to meet all your fitness goals. By using modalities such as the cold whirlpool, normatec, compex or massage, you can maintain healthy muscle tissue, optimal flexibility, and prevent injury. No matter what your age or skill level, Amber is confident she can help come up with a recovery plan that will keep you competitive and at your best.
With advanced degrees in Athletic Training and Exercise Science Amber has a deep understanding about the body, how it works, how it gets injured, and what it needs in order to recover.
