Amber Trevino

Massage Therapist

As a massage therapist, Amber will work as part of the recovery team to keep your body physically prepared to meet all your fitness goals. By using modalities such as the cold whirlpool, normatec, compex or massage, you can maintain healthy muscle tissue, optimal flexibility, and prevent injury. No matter what your age or skill level, Amber is confident she can help come up with a recovery plan that will keep you competitive and at your best.

With advanced degrees in Athletic Training and Exercise Science Amber has a deep understanding about the body, how it works, how it gets injured, and what it needs in order to recover. This knowledge, along with what she has learned as a massage therapist, has made her an effective sports massage therapist. She is always interested in learning new modalities and is certified in Neuromuscular therapy (trigger point therapy) as well as Active Release Therapy.

She is lucky to have lived in five different states and now gets to call California home for the second time. She loves the advantages that a big city offers and loves going to live sporting events whenever she gets the chance. Her favorite sport is soccer and she hopes to go to the World Cup one day. In her downtime she likes hanging out with her French Bulldog, Bumper, and watching competition cooking shows. Her experiences ranges from working with ODP youth soccer athletes, Division 1 collegiate athletes, AVP pro volleyball players and professional golfers at the US Open. She is very excited to begin her career with Body Dynamix and looks forward to working with you.
